Ward Boy / Patient Care Assistant

Responsible for providing non-clinical assistance to admitted patients in hospital wards. Duties include assisting with patient movement using wheelchairs or stretchers, supporting the Nursing Team in routine ward activities, and helping maintain patient safety, comfort, and proper care.

Requirements

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Secondary (Madhyamik) preferred.

Previous experience in hospital wards or patient care will be preferred.

Must be polite, compassionate, and respectful towards patients and their families.

Should be physically fit and capable of assisting with patient movement.

Must be willing to work under the guidance and instructions of the Nursing Staff.

Must be prepared to work rotational and night shifts.
